About Kevin Wladimir Quelal Tequiz
I began my humanitarian training in the Red Cross Movement in 2009 and they have captivated my way of being and my profession. Being a volunteer is the beginning of my life as a humanitarian aid, and Sphere is the great tool that leads us to work in the right way. I am currently working as a risk management technician in the Municipal Government of the Metropolitan District of Quito, working for a safe and resilient Quito.
