About Olivia Kunguma

Dr O. Kunguma (PhD) is a Lecturer at the Disaster Management Training and Education Centre for Africa – University of the Free State. She lecturers Strategic Disaster Management, Risk Communication and Institutional Arrangements. She is an interdisciplinary researcher interested in disaster management legislation, disaster risk governance, disaster information management and strategic communication. She is also a professional member of the Disaster Management Institute of Southern Africa.
