About Shaza Bashar Massarani
I have been working in humanitarian sector since 2011 till now in Syrian Arab Red Crescent, I started in relief team, I stayed there for two years. Then I was asked to be the registration manager for CFS center for one year.in 2014 I moved to health promotion department as a team leader.in 2018 I became Hygiene promotion program officer for Homs branch in Syria.in 2020 I became M&E officer/trainer at SARC HQ water and rehabilitation department till now. Also participated In convoys to hard to reach areas.I’am SPHERE ,Q&A and WASH trainer I have been training on Sphere since 2015 and a trainer in the WASH sector since 2014, recently I attended training of trainers in quality and accountability. In training domain, I trained over 25 Sphere training, including Sphere training of trainers in Beirut in 2017. Also, I trained over 2000 volunteers in multi sectors.
