About Yvette Crafti
For more than ten years, I have coordinated, designed and delivered Sphere and general humanitarian training workshops for a wide range of participants and organisations, including UN, LNGOs, INGOs, community members, institutional donors and host governments. I understand that humanitarian workers and the agencies they work for need to deliver purposeful and effective assistance in line with internationally recognised standards. Having the combination of field and training experience, I am able to support humanitarian workers and enhance their capacities by putting Sphere into local context and assisting them in applying it within their programs.
In 2015 I designed Sphere’s Core Humanitarian Standard global training module, focusing on quality and accountability processes in diverse contexts. I continue to engage with the Sphere community of trainers around the world.
