The Fraternity Missions (FIHM) was founded in 2018, to enable a greater scope of the work of humanitarian missions in the world scene, which were already being carried out since 2011 by its parent institution, the Fraternity – International Humanitarian Federation (FIHF).

Since 2011, FIHM has been providing aid to refugees and migrants and has already been active in humanitarian relief related to environment and natural disaster, in 17 countries of Africa, Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
