I have over 17 years of experience working with humanitarian organizations in life-saving contexts, where I have utilized Sphere standards and indicators across sectors such as WASH, Food Security and Nutrition, Shelter, and Health. The Sphere Handbook stands as a cornerstone in humanitarian standards to ensure relevance in the evolving landscape of disaster response. Sphere emphasizes fundamental rights including the right to assistance, dignity, protection, security, and participation in decisions affecting their recovery for affected populations.
As MEAL Manager, I also led International Global Humanitarian Surge Roster for MEAL in emergency project, Rapid Need Assessments, situations and real-time evaluations.

I have substantial experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning, and Knowledge Management, which includes strategic planning, design, and performance management for large international development assistance programs funded by various international aid agencies such as USAID, DFID, GAC, IHA, SIDA, EU, AusAID, and others. This experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of best practices in program management and compliance with donor requirements, ensuring effective implementation and achievement of humanitarian goals.
