My name is Oksana Andrushkiv, and I am from Ukraine. Currently I work as a National Program Coordinator for Caritas Austria, by managing the project in Child Protection and Education at the country level. Prior to that, I was Regional Coordinator in Ukraine NGO Forum, by facilitating the regional meetings of humanitarian actors and implementing common projects with regional partners. Before that for almost 2 years I worked in international humanitarian NGO "Premiere Urgence Internationale" as Deputy Field Coordinator at the buffer zone, supervising implementation of the projects in Health, Food Security and WASH. Before the military conflict in Ukraine, for 5 years I worked in All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS as a program grant manager. In 2017 I delivered 5 trainings on Sphere and Humanitarian Standards for 100 participants, staff of national and international humanitarian NGOs as well as government officials.
