I am a senior manager at a Zakat and Philanthropy organization in Indonesia which runs empowerment programs in the fields of Education, Health, Economics, Environment and Humanity. I have fourteen years of experience in handling disaster and social humanitarian emergency response, as well as managing 50 volunteer networks in Indonesia.
My experience in disaster emergency includes; Forest and land Fire Response in Palangkaraya (2015), Flash Flood Response in Garut (2016), Earthquake Response in Pidie Jaya Aceh (2016), Earthquake and Tsunami Response in Central Sulawesi (2018), Sunda Strait Tsunami Response in Banten (2018), Mount Semeru Eruption Response in Lumajang Jawa Timur (2021) and Turkiye Earthquake Response (2023).
In carrying out social humanitarian activities, I have travelled around cities in 26 Provinces in Indonesia. I have an interest in motivational speaking, training and human resources development as well as disaster emergency training.
I have completed a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education. I am the Humanitarian Division Head at Rumah Zakat (www.rumahzakat.org), active as member of the Indonesia Humanitarian Forum (www.humanitarianforum.or.id) and the Indonesian Disaster Management Society (www.mpbi.information).
I completed the Training of Trainer Sphere in 2023 in Yogyakarta. I gained experience as a co-facilitator in the training sphere twice in 2023 and also as a co-facilitator of the Training of Trainer Sphere and Standard Sphere Basic Training in 2024.
