This ToT is a joint call for Expressions of Interest from the Dutch Relief Alliance (DRA), SOS Children’s Villages Ethiopia (SOS CVE), and the Accountability to the Affected Population Working Group (AAP-WG) in Ethiopia.

Considering the existing capacity gaps, the DRA, SOS CVE, and the AAP-WG plan to provide TOT on CHS and Sphere Standards to appropriately familiarize staff with different experiences and professional backgrounds. The course is expected to develop a holistic understanding of the rationale and structure of the latest CHS and Sphere standards, including PSEAH. The ToT aims to become listed Sphere trainers in Ethiopia eventually.
