Introductory Workshop to Sphere Handbook, online, Syria, 22 and 23 December 2023

The Sphere Handbook is used by a wide range of humanitarian actors, including governments, NGOs, and the United Nations.

‍Join us in the upcoming online workshop on the Sphere Handbook, organized by Access International as part of the Sphere Ambassadors program. This workshop will be presented by Mr. Maher Al-Abrash, a certified Sphere trainer for over a decade and a professional in humanitarian work.

Humanitarian Charter: The Humanitarian Charter is considered the cornerstone of the Sphere Handbook. Understand its importance and key points.
Protection Principles. Gain insights into the technical chapters, providing a comprehensive understanding of the core standards in humanitarian work. Practical Application of Sphere Principles: Learn how to practically apply Sphere principles and connect knowledge in Sphere to real-life scenarios for effective and coordinated responses.
Partner Initiatives: Familiarize yourself with partner initiatives of humanitarian standards and their applications.
Who Is This Workshop For? This workshop is designed for all humanitarian professionals seeking to expand their knowledge and skills in the field, whether they are experienced experts or newcomers.
