I am a well-qualified person with previous solid experience in organization management and development in the field of Civil Society Organizations. That includes training, organization capacity development, partnerships management, and operations management of fundamental departments like HR, Finance, Supply chain, MEAL, and Communication, as well as an expert in projects and programs management who would be an excellent choice for this position.
I have over fourteen years of experience in the humanitarian field (preparedness, response, and early recovery) and organizational development, particularly in displacement and returns (both IDPs and refugees) for different contexts in the world. I have worked as a staff member of several NGOs. Through those years, I have acquired extended skills in developing and implementing disaster management programs, and operation management. That expanded my experience wildly and made me familiar with many different schoolwork methodologies like UN agencies, RCRC, INGOs, and Local NGOs as I have applied and used their policies and procedures.
Furthermore, I am a certified trainer from respectable organizations: Sphere Association Geneva, British Red Cross, Protection Cluster in Turkey, and Syrian Red Crescent. For Fourteen years, I delivered more than fifty training from basic to ToT in addition to tens of webinars and lectures. Also, I have a long experience in developing training packages and customizing them for multi-context; for example, I was the team leader who developed and translated the newest training package of Sphere and customized it for Arabic speakers in 2019. And I was a team member who customized Sphere training package for the Syrian context two times in 2016 and 2020. And I am one of the consultants who developed the newest Arabic version of Sphere handbook (my name is mentioned in the handbook). My perfect Arabic language helps me use simple and pure language to deliver such work perfectly.
