Sphere ToT for IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, 10-14 October 2022, Istanbul

Objectives:
To train participants on the structure and content of the Sphere Minimum Standards Manual and how it can be applied to IHH’s humanitarian response. To facilitate IHH humanitarian teams in developing a shared understanding of Sphere MS.

Key Learning Points:
At the end of this training, participants will:
– be able to explain the structure of the Sphere Minimum Standards Manual and how to use it in humanitarian interventions;
– be able to explain how IHH can improve humanitarian aid services/measure service efficiency in the light of Sphere MS indicators;
-be able to articulate a common institutional understanding for IHH on the Sphere MS approach and needs-based humanitarian aid planning and implementation to promote the well-being of affected people and support them to live a dignified life.
-be able to conduct training within the framework of an organizational common understanding for IHH on how to plan a training, organize the training and learning environment, and deliver effective and efficient Sphere MS training.
