Complaints, concerns and whistleblowing
Sphere Association has a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH), fraud, corruption, theft and all other forms of exploitation and abuse.
Complaints or concerns regarding a Sphere secretariat employee, Sphere focal point (representative), Sphere trainer, Sphere member, or Sphere contractor/consultant (in relation to their work with Sphere) should be addressed to the Sphere Executive Director.
Complaints or concerns related to the Sphere Executive Director should be addressed to the Chair of the Governing Board.
Complaints or concerns may be submitted directly to Sphere by email, phone or text/SMS; or indirectly via a member of the Governing Board. Please mark your email, SMS or letter as Confidential.
