ASSR‘s main goals were the creation of the Slovak Samaritan Rapid Response Team (SkSRRT), able to intervene at home and abroad. The second area of ​​activity was a social activity, primary care for elderly people living alone, in the form of the Home Emergency Call project.

ASSR continues to build rescue teams and modules, several at the international level, and is involved in international projects together with similarly focused foreign organizations.
