Sphere Training of Trainers (ToT) for TRC Program Units, 8-12 July 2024, Türkiye

First edition of a tailor-made Sphere training of trainers program for TRC staff. The selection of candidate-trainers were made based on their familiarity with Sphere Standards, field operations and emergency response contexts. After one full day of Sphere mind-refreshing session, following two days were dedicated to trainer skills and adult learning methodologies. After these informative sessions, candidates were on stage to present their selected Sphere STPs. This way, they had a chance to rehearse as a new trainer and receive feedback about their performances from trainers of the course. This course added 15 new Sphere trainers to TRC database successfully.
