Disaster Preparedness and Prevention Initiative for South-Eastern Europe Sphere Training of Trainers took place in Tirana 13-17 July.

Participants came from ten DPPI-SEE member states (Albania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Serbia, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey, North Macedonia, Croatia or Bosnia & Herzegovina), representing both Civil Protection Agencies and the Red Cross.
