Sphere training and ToT programme, 10-13 October 2023, Montreal, Canada

The training programme was provided to The Humanitarian Response Network of Canada (HRN) and led by NSDation under the guidance of Aya Yagan, a listed Sphere Trainer and the Technical Director at NSDation. The training program comprised three pillars:

1. Basic Sphere training provided to HRN members and non-members, including Canadian NGOs and individuals involved in development studies.

2. Sphere Training of Trainers aimed at fostering learning in applying the Sphere Handbook for HRN members and non-members, including Canadian NGOs and individuals engaged in development studies, seeking to deepen their understanding of Sphere and contribute to its promotion.

3. Mentoring staff from HRN members to facilitate basic Sphere training and Training of Trainers sessions.
