The objective of the APGRB is to fulfill important social functions in aspects related to the social, educational, cultural, health, environmental, natural resources, economic, welfare, agro-industrial, community, human rights, risk and disaster management, climate change and other related topics to contribute to sustainable development, the recovery of the poor and the suffering of the population affected by different adverse events of socio-natural or anthropic origin.
