Saqib Lughmani has an experience of 10 years with different renowned organizations in development sector. He is continuously working on Coordination, Capacity Building, Program Development, Project Management, M&E and Donors’ Negotiations for the last several years. He is a Research Scholar for M-Phil in HRM at a renowned university of Pakistan. He is a Master Trainer/ Graduate of Sphere Standards ToTs both in Pakistan and Internationally at Bangkok-Thailand. In addition he is also a Master Trainer for Pakistan Approach towards Total Sanitation (PATS)/ Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). He has provided trainings on Participatory M&E and Sphere Standards both in house to the staff and out to the communities and partners. He worked as Section Head – Research, Monitoring and Evaluation at Sungi Development Foundation and as Project Coordinator at UN-HABITAT Pakistan. Nowadays, he is working as National Monitoring and Reporting Officer for the Early Recovery Interventions at UNDP Pakistan.
